Dear Community,

This is less of a discussion and more of an apology.  We've had a tenacious spammer hit our community today, and some of you have probably received a message or two from this user. First of all, we are doing what we can to block them.  There are a number of tenacious "spam bots" (automatic spam programs that troll the Internet) that like to feast on communities such as ours, so bare with us as we attempt to keep them at bay.

As always, if you see something that looks suspicious, my 'virtual door' is always open.

Hi Bob,

"Nina" joined FohBoh multiple times yesterday using 15 different email addresses. We banned her from the community, so you should stop receiving messages from her. Let me know if it happens again, and thank you for the heads up.

It's a lot of work being a spammer.
