I'm looking for the right industrial grade coating for our BOH stairwell that can be applied by a reputable company in San Francisco.
The restaurant I manage is high volume and the majority of the activity happens across three different floors. Additionally, our drop stations for dirty china, glass and silver are on the landings between the floors in the stairwell, so we're dealing with a lot of spills that include grease and other slippery substances. The grip tape and high-grit coatings we've used in the past don't stand up to the grease and heavy traffic we subject the stairs to daily.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
