Need help naming a Pub Bistro

Hi all , i'm about to take over a kitchen of a busy pub and run it as a business under a lease agreement. I need a business name, anyone have any ideas?

We will be serving mainly steaks & other normal pub style fair.

It will be inside the royal hotel, but i cant use the royal bistro or anything like that as they are already in use.Need a cool, unique type name

some of my ideas:

Primecut Bar & Grill

Tomahawk Bar & Grill

The Drunken Cow

Salt & Crackle

Crusteaked

Let me know if you like any of the above or have an idea of your own

Here's an idea..bear with me..because it is kind of a playon word :

Saxon Steak

You mention the restaurant is in the Royal Hotel. Anglo-Saxon is affiliated with Royalty and the whole British
element. Also, hotels are where you sleep (or "sack out"). You'll be serving steaks, so in effect it's Sacks n Steak..

Am thinking of others, too.
