I read your post and was very intrigued by your request. I have never heard of renting kitchen space by the hour. Very interesting in this economic climate. The first thought that came to mind was to make a deal with a restaurant that opens for dinner only and offer to make their desserts as part of the payment. (barter).

Advertising in a trade publication like Today's Restaurant in the Atlanta market may help too. www.trnusa.com

Ok Thanks Howard. The concept of renting a commercial kitchen is common for those people are just starting their business an maynot have the funds to lease a complete building. Shared Kitchen, LLC of Suwanne, GA operates on that concept (www.sharedkitchens.com). I was trying to see were there anymore of those types of businesses in my area.

At Independent Kitchen Solutions 
we are working hard to bring more options to those needing 
Licensed kitchens to produce out of. 

We are working with our first commercial kitchen in Kennesaw. 

Having a meet and greet Tuesday February 7th at 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm
