As a Restaurant Owner what types of Blogs interest you?

I am by no means a great writer, so when it comes to writing we like to try and outsource the writing to more of a professional.  We want to engage our customers (you) or those who are interested in Foodservice Equipment and supplies through the use of a Blog.  It would be helpful to know what types of articles or Blogs you as a Restaurant Owner or person in charge of purchasing Restaurant Equipment would be interested in reading.

Currently our writer does a lot of 'National .... Day' type of posts and a few Restaurant Reviews where she actually goes to the restaurant and reviews it.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
