whose title or author i can't remember! When i was first starting out, a colleague kept a copy in our shared office- i could have sworn it was Ruhlman, but i'm not so sure- it listed many different food items- for instance, halibut- with a large list of complimentary flavors for each. i found it so helpful starting out- a way to get the idea juices flowing in the days before the internet- and nowadays after i've done the internet/book search thing i'm not sure if i've ended up with an original idea or a bastard child of the many things i've just googled. help please- anyone know what book i'm babbling about?
