I think it starts with the way you treat those around you, both guests and employees. I work for an openly Christian company, and we've been embarking on being intentional about our overtly Christian mission and vision and how we can live that out daily. Most of my job centers around New Store Openings (we open about 12 a year), and just realizing how many hurting people are out there and how we can have fun at work and create an environment of acceptance is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for, but hopefully that helps.

Hi Rainer,

When I started my company almost 6 years ago, a friend of mine gave me a book as a gift. It is called "Business By The Book" written by Larry Burkett. It really covers all aspects of business. Whether you own your own business or if you are employed by a company. Jeremy H. hit on one of the most important chapters. The thing that caught my attention is what my friend wrote in the book..."It is my prayer that this book wii enhance your view of how to impact our world through your business. I pray that God would continue to bless you and you would find opportunities to bless others..."
