Hi there: I have never ever had an Energy Drink. Though I had JOLT COLA once.I have drunk tons of Coffee.
From what I have read, there are a lot of things that are bad about Energy Drinks in general.
There is tons on the subject that can sway you this way or that. My overall point is that I consider these not to be good for you. If you get addicted to these, then it throws your body off. I am still trying to wean myself off Coke (not the drug). I drink bottled water, perrier, and water from our home bottle water tank that we fill up ourselves.
Just my two cents.
