Good Evening:  have you had the chance to review RSI (Restaurant Solutions Inc.)  That exactly what they do.  They are a one stop shop between the POS and the IRS.  They handle Payroll, Enterprise Management, Inventory, EDI, and provide weekly financial statements.  They are located in Colorado and have over 900 restaurants nationally.  Check out the website:  www.restacct.net

Thanks I'd really like to pick your brain.  What's the best way to reach you?  I'd also like to talk to you about financing for restaurants.  Our clients are always looking for sources of capital.

We have been in the industry for 30 years and have implemented dozens of their applications over the last 9 years

We have been able to increase the bottom line of our clients on an average of 8.4%

Our PE division has 100 million under management and supply capital to the industry

Most organizations don't meet the ROI requirements for funding and our management and advisory division implements systems like Compeat to get them qualified for the equity capital needed for growth

OK guys ... your way off base here and might I say rather late to the party (the post went up over 15 months ago) The situation has long since been resolved. As we are not a restaurant operator the systems you've suggested  simply are not capable of handling our operations.
