Have you ever seen an advertisement and really appreciated how delicious the food looked? You were so impressed that you went to said restaurant and ordered yourself one.
You fork over your hard earned cash expecting to receive the same beautiful masterpiece shown in the ads just to be let down by a sloppy disgusting looking meal that was probably made by a non-human entity.
Sure, you can’t expect that much for a food that is delivered in less than five minutes but give me a break people, false advertisement is false advertisement. If you are going to advertise sexy full figured burgers don’t give me a squashed beef patty with some sort of material that is supposed to pass as cheese.
How about the food shots on the menus board over the counter where you place your order? One chain, Five Guys Burgers and Fries has taken care of that by having an open kitchen where you can see the griddle cooking your burger. Have you tried it yet?
Hi Howard!
Unfortunately I haven't tried Five Guys yet [because we don't have them in Asia :(
But I searched for it in Google and I admire their strategy -- this would surely please any customer.
I hope we could adopt this strategy here in Asia in the future.
