Hi J! Thank you so much for sharing this article. This certainly provides helpful information to other members of our community.
I learned a lot after reading the article, especially on the hot air dryer. I never thought that it could do more harm than good when it came to reducing bacteria in public washrooms. From now on, I should be more careful when I dry my hands using this, since this is the most prevalent method of hand drying from where I'm from.
How about you? What's the most prevalent method of hand drying in your area?
I'm playing catch up with a few FohBoh discussions i had in my inbox.
I currently have dozens of restaurants using a great product called SkinWear.
The only hand sanitizer that lasts for 8hours or 4 hand rinses, which is what most people do (if anything) when visiting a restroom.
Come on people... wash your hands...
When i was a chef i has a zero tolerance for poor hygiene.
