It loooks like a great product.

Another feature could be storing customer ordering preferences and using that information to create a stronger customer loyality bond to a specific restaurant.

Since many people are mobile throught their hand-held devices can you product be adapted to those devices?

Thanks for the note! These are great thoughts and we are definitely on the same page with this thinking!

At this time we do store previous customer orders so that the customer will be able to select from a list of previous orders when they return to the site. We also offer promotional tools which allow an administrator to create a promotion on the fly and apply it to a particular customer for any given reason. We hope to one day integrate customer order data into our promotion and marketing tools to create automatic email marketing or banners/promotions for customers depending on what they’ve ordered in the past. It’s definitely something we’ve thought of and would love to have that option in the future.

As far as handheld devices/phones- this IS something we can currently support. We have not had a client request this as of yet, but if/when a client makes the request (and if their POS system supports this), we will complete the custom integration.

Hi Ray,

Right now are main focuse is the restaurant/hospitality industry, but that is not to say we would not be intereseted in exploring other avenues if a potential client was sincerly interested.

Have you considered using FohBoh for B2B contacts to potential restraurant/hospitality clients? Others are considering it.
