Miami Hot Spots

I'm going down to Miami this weekend and looking for some places that might be hiring down there, but don't advertise for it.

I'd appreciate any ideas!

Try and get a copy of Today's Restaurant News www.trnusa.com they have a classified section for the restaurant industry in Florida.

I would go to all the clubs and see which ones you like, Go in early and tip the bartenders well and chat them up.... if you connect there they will introduce you to the boss.... Also, you can find the ones you like. People hire people and when you meet the right workers and like each other you will be in.
