I don't think there is a magazine out there that puts out better content for restaurant owners than Restaurant Startup & Growth. There are no articles written by advertisers trying to popularize their products and services, and every article is written in layman's terms to effectively communicate its point to the average restaurant owner. There tutorials on how to use managerial spreadsheet and Word tools, and lots of information about what other restaurants are doing. I like most the industry mags that are out there, but RS&G gives the most pointed and useful information I think.
