We are hosting Delia Viader this coming May 30th for a special Viader Wine Dinner. It is all part of a special weekend of food and wine and she is the keynote speaker. Has anyone done a dinner with just her wines or does anyone have any great insights on pairing her wines with some scrumptous food choices ?????????

I will be starting off with the rose....just a meet & greet course. Then we will be serving the temprenillo, the cab franc, the viader, and the syrah......Any suggestions are greatly apreciated...The dinner will be hosted by delia viader and I guess i just want to blow her away if that is possible ! Last fall I did an Opus One dinner and served the 2004 opus one with chocolate Raviolli and wild boar sausage, with a bing cherry whipped cream so you can see I'm very liberal with my thinking. Take a stab at it !
