I like the idea of the site, however...there are a few things that need to be addressed:
1. Who is the target audience for this site? Professionals or home bakers? I couldn't find anything that indicated the recipes were for quantity baking, which is what most professionals would need. Maybe I missed something?
2. Be careful with copyrighted materials (i.e., the Nigella Lawson video).
A great start, and I look forward to seeing the site evolve.
