The Wines

2011 Oasis Rose

The tight acid keeps the smooth and creamy palate focused, with strawberry shortcake, watermelon, and spice.  

2011 Viogner

Opens up to notes of honeydew melon, white rose, and fresh herbs.

 

2009 Rockin' One Red

Focusing on the juiciness of Grenache with Syrah and Mourvedre highlighting the spice. Think dark berries, ripe red plum, black pepper, red chili, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

 

2010 Grenache

Explosive dried strawberry, candied red cherry, and rhubarb aromatics meet red chili and butterscotch.

Watermelon and heirloom tomato salad with goat cheese and pomegranate vinaigrette

  

Roasted Jadori chicken skewers seasoned with rosemary, sage, and thyme   

and served with a Blue Velvet Apricot glaze

 

Snake River Farms pork belly Monte Cristo, served on house made brioche  

with Vermont Maple Aioli, and crispy Apple-wood smoked, bits of bacon  

and house made berry jam.

 

Titian vanilla soufflé topped with a flambéd sauce of rum, brown sugar and strawberries
