Wild Salmon To Make A Splash At Daily Grill

Tis the season for wild salmon and Daily Grills will serve it only through the month of June. Executive Chef Phil Kastel will debut the hearty and flavorful fish served pan seared or simply grilled at only select locations (i.e., Palm Desert, Newport Beach, Irvine, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Brentwood, Studio City, Burbank, LA on Century Blvd., downtown LA, Seattle, Wash DC, Bethesda, MD and Tysons Corner, VA) Kastel said that the pan seared wild salmon will be served with Shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers, green onions and asparagus atop noodles and sautéed with a cilantro Asian vinaigrette. It’s priced at $32.95.

“We only serve wild salmon for a short time each year and it has developed quite a following,” said Kastel, who is instrumental in the development of Daily Grill’s menus. “This Asian preparation serves to bring out the fish’s natural flavor and keep it succulent so that each bit is a taste sensation.”

Established in 1988, Daily Grills specialize in serving classic American fare at accessible prices in an atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional, upscale New York City grill. The popularity of the concept has resulted in 21 locations in eight states.
