The University of California- Irvine Extension is offering a new online Wine Management Program.
The program is designed for consumers, chefs, restaurateurs, aspiring sommeliers, wait staff,
hobbyists and individuals seeking career change or advancement within the
wine/food business, hospitality and related industries. The first course will begin on April 2, where I am teaching
“The Great American Wine and Food Revolution.” The course can be taken from anywhere in the US.
