Bistango Launches "Great American Grill-Off"

If you have a special recipe that is unique and delicious, submit it to grill-off@frankgroffinc.com. Five finalists (not professional chefs) will be invited to engage in a competition that will take place on Bistango's lush patio Friday, June 8 from 5 – 6:30 p.m.  

Live music, complimentary appetizers and the introduction of a special summer cocktail will be served at the free public event that will also feature a swimsuit fashion show sponsored by SwimSpot.  RSVP to grill-off@frankgroffinc.com. 

A panel of judges consisting of food & restaurant critics will name the winner of the Grill-Off, who will receive a $1,000 dining extravaganza at their choice of 3 of OC's top restaurants, Bistango, Kimera in Irvine and Bayside in Newport Beach; runners up will enjoy gift cards to the three dining establishments.  (Finalists must be in attendance at the Grill-Off to be considered.)
