 and beer connoisseurs will have an opportunity to sample them in 3 oz 
 pours.  Cost is $15 and includes a complimentary order of skinny frie
 s topped with Parmesan, garlic and parsley along with an aioli dipping
  sauce.  The popular OC restaurant, which specializes in upscale New 
 American cuisine, also will offer a vast and assorted Happy Hour menu 
 to go along with the beers with items starting at just $4.  Fare inc
 ludes golden fried calamari with chipotle aioli sauce, California roll
 s and sashimi grade yellowfin tuna, hummus plate, tacos filled with ei
 ther grilled fish, chicken or filet mignon, sliders including Meyer’
 s all-natural beef, short rib “sloppy joe” and chicken kefta and a
  variety of flat-bread pizzas.\n       “We recently revamped our
  standing beer menu but didn’t want to stop there,” said owner Kar
 yn Ghoukassian.  “The Wednesday tastings will give our guests a ch
 ance to explore the ever-expanding world of microbrews while they nosh
