Event Description

Don't wait until the last minute to make your plans for Valentines weekend.  As Orange Counties most romantic dining destination, The Cellar Celebrates "A Week of Love" from February 10th through the 14th.

 

The Cellar will serve a special four-course Valentines menu on February 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th. Dinner also includes a fresh long stem red rose, provided by Lavenders, and each guest will receive a certificate to create your own 3 course dinner for only $29.95 in the month of March.

Broiled jumbo Sea Scallops on top of sautéed spinach  and sauce Dippoise

Marinated semi-boneless quail grilled with a vegetable julienne of carrots, squash, and parsnips and finished with bacon crème

 

 or

 

Venison Carpaccio with basil emulsion and caramelized shallots and olive oil drizzle

 

 or

 

Cassoulet of braised beef short rib with chickpeas in a béchamel sauce with Asian pear brunoise accented with Pear Williams brandy

 

Engagement

 

Asparagus veloute with crispy pancetta and pistachio infused crème fraîche

Mixed field greens with edible orchids candied hazelnuts and drizzled with an orange ginger dressing

 

Nuptials

 

Braised lamb osso bucco with rosemary potato puree finished by a preserved lemon sauce accented with sage and sweet garlic confit

A duo of duck leg confit resting on buttered risotto sauced by a cranberry raspberry demi glace

Grilled fillet on top of purple Peruvian potato puree and finished by a rich beurre rouge
